The link to the Nero Essentials doesn't work but neither can I file a report using 'Help' in Firefox. I can't connect to the server.

I tried to download the software but although I connected to the site Firefox couldn't connect to the file.

I ran Internet Explorer and I downloaded the file.

I tried to report the problem using the Help pulldown in Firefox but nneither of my computers can connect to the server.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Log on to the Lite on website using the URL above
2.Locate the download link
3.Click on it.
Actual Results:  
Computer connected to the site but then firefox reported that it could not find the file.

Downloaded the file
