In bug 638309#c19 we move moz2-linux-ix slaves back into the production pool and it seems that they were missing the xlrbld keys.

Let's check all of these and add the missing(s) key(s) on those hosts:
> mv-moz2-linux-ix-slave03 through 19 (except 12) are now pointed at
Slaves 14 and 19 had .ssh owned by root which I fixed.

I have scped the xrbld keys to slaves 14 to 19 (except 12) since rail already did the other slaves that were attached to pm01.

Nothing on |history| on the affected slaves indicates me what went wrong on copying the keys.
