642878 - After removing the persona addon, the installed persona does not go away from the addons manager

1. Install the persona addon from the addons manager
2. Install one persona from getpersonas.com
3. Uninstall the persona addon from the addons manager(dont uninstall the particular persona, only uninstall the persona addon)
4. Restart

Expected result:
The installed persona should also be removed from the addons manager

Actual result:
The persona stays there with the Disable and Uninstall button not enabled. So I cannot do anything with this now.

As you can see in the screenshot, I dont have the persona addon(as I have uninstalled it). But now, I have the remains of the persona that I had installed and the buttons on it are disabled.
