In bug 641541, the last few slaves were removed from this master.

I guess that the idea is that we don't need a test master in MTV, since there are no test slaves there.

If that's the case, then the master should be removed.

No builds on this master since March 14. I'm going to shut down this master instance, remove it from the masters json, and have the VM removed.

Any objections?

Well, it's done no builds because it has no slaves.  I'm all for this plan, but I'm not aware of any actual *decision* to do this.  As far as I can tell, the chain of events was:

"oh, tm02 only has a few slaves, so I'll remove the last few!"
"oh, tm02 has no slaves, so I'll file a bug!"
"oh, tm02 hasn't done any builds in a while, let's kill it!"
