Not sure if this is a style thing, a widget thing, or a forms thing...

radio buttons need to be displayed radially rather than circular, since
backgrounds cannot be matched.

Reassinging to Kevin since this is a limitation of the widget library. Form
controls getting background colors was fixed previously.
