643013 - Clicking Firefox Button causes popup menu to not stay visible on 2nd Monitor

I notice this only happens when I'm using the new Firefox on my 2nd monitor (not the default one).  When you click the Firefox tab the menus don't stay visible. 

I also noticed this, popup menus aren't visible like they should on 2nd monitor

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Bring Firefox on to a 2nd display monitor
2. Click "Firefox" button in the top-left corner (orange) also
3. Right click on the browser tab to view popup menu.
Actual Results:  
Menu appears and go away.

Expected Results:  
Menu should stay visible.

This problem started for me when I upgraded to 4.0. Unfortunately 5.0 does the same thing. When I have Firefox open on my 2nd monitor ALL drop down menus have a hard time staying visible.
