after debugging it was discovered that the watcher and agent could end up in a sequence of events that caused the update.info file to have permissions that prevented it from being opened by the agent.

I'm tweaking the scripts to install these apks and not set screen resolution.
Can we verify this is the last thing we think we'll need?
Once that's verified, we can ask IT to image all 90+ tegras.

we will adjust the screen resolution up for reftest and down in the sanity.py/installApp.py script.  So for initial imaging, please leave at 1024x768
can this bug be resolved as we have this fixed with the new sutagent 1.0?
