I really hope that someone else can replicate this, and it's not just me.
Here's what I'm doing:
1. Open some sort of Bugzilla window that has the page footer.
2. Highlight the lines in the footer that read "This is Bugzilla: the Mozilla
bug system. For more information about what Bugzilla is and what it can do, see
mozilla.org's bug pages." For my window size, this line breaks after "see"
3. Switch to another app, either by clicking or Alt+Tab.
4. Switch back to Mozilla, either by clicking or Alt+Tab.
Expected Results: Everything's selected properly.
Actual Results: Everything's selected properly, but there's a question mark
after "see" (thus "see ?") that is also highlighted. Click somewhere to get rid
of the selection and the question mark remains highlighted. Repeat steps 3 and
4 with no highlight and the question mark disappears.
Build: 2001010404 on Win2000sp1
You don't have to go to any other application! Just resize the browser window
untill it shows the question mark. As I did from 1600/1200 to what is that size
800/600? I'm using build 2000122920 on WinNT
Yes it's that '0d0a 0d0a' after the text 'see' followed by that <a href> tag.
I hope this makes it clear to you. Also this page is missing tags like:
<tr></body></html>.
It looks to me that this website has zero priority! Note that the login page
doesn't work, at least for Windows. I mean the form manager doesn't get
activated, untill you stop that page from loading it! And there are more
problems with this site!
You know what, I think this site should be a real beauty, to demonstrate all
that power of Mozilla.

I'm not seeing this happen with my 04/25/01 mozilla win32 debug build.
Do either of you still see this? If so, please reopen the bug.

I don't see this anymore, using 2001042604. Neither bugzilla nor the test case.
