The text 'Who's at the party?' changed to '?Who's at the party' for /ar and /he after LTR changes
Clarification, the '?' moved, and text also display right justified
I guess it's the way it should be. Both arabe and hewbrew are RTL and correctly right aligned.

It's just that translation is not active in your stage and your're reading everything is in english.
