given that it is possible to use the search engines with keywords. shouldn't it also be possible to manage said keywords(+ engines) without having to add the (not used) searchbar, just to get the ui(menu-entry >manage search engines…<) to do that?

Steps to Reproduce:
1. remove search-input from toolbar
2. try to set/change a keyword for search-provider
