Steps to Reproduce:

1. Go to Mail/News
2. Click File | New Folder
3. Under Create as a Subfolder of:
4. Click either a local folder or a mail account.
5. Choose "choose this for parent"

Expected Results:

Should just be a regular sized dialog with OK | Cancel

Actual Results:

Fills the whole screen
