Although these settings are selected, when trying to add an add-on, Firefox will react as though "Allow" is checked. Reproducible: always Steps to reproduce: 1. Create clean profile 2. Start FF and go to addons.mozilla.org 3. Tools->Page info->Permissions Tab and observe settings 4. Do not change anything and try to install an add-on Actual results: - "Use default" and "Block" are checked, but still, browser acts as though "Allow" is selected Expected results: - "Use default" is unchecked, "Allow" is checked
