64346 - When click on link nothing comes up: file type .nsf

When you go to this site and click on the "apply online" logo, nearly nothing
happens.  No page loads no download occurs, nothing.  If I choose open link in
new window the window stays blank.  URL of the link is:
http://app.commonapp.org/action/apply.nsf

NS 4.x and IE 5.x can handle this.

I see this problem on Win98 20001010708.  PSM 1.3 I think.

I'd confirm it, but I know there's a better component (and I can't figure out
what that would be)

Maybe it would fall under Security: Crypto, or Security: General.  I read the 
description of those two and it seemed to match that.

we fail to load https://app.commonapp.org/action/apply.nsf even with PSM builds.
over to PSM for triage.
tested with 2001010904 mozilla build.

Marking invalid. "file type .nsf" is not the problem. The problem is that their 
Lotus-Domino/5.0.5 server does not handle TLS properly (the latest version of 
SSL).
The workaround is to open the Security Manager, click on Advanced, Options, and 
disable TLS.

Verified invalid. You can check the versions of secure servers here:
http://www.netcraft.com/sslwhats - just type in "www.commonapp.org:443"
