Both MOZ_META_COMPONENT (xref bug 420707) and META_COMPONENT are obsolete, with the latter having gone obsolete somewhere between the mozilla 1.7 and 1.8 branches (circa 2004!).

Lets just get rid of them and make our makefiles a bit simpler.
