steps to reproduce:
1. Click on contribute button @ https://addons.allizom.org/en-US/firefox/addon/reminderfox/
2. Click on 'make contribute' button in the contribution lightbox
3. In the paypal lightbox, click on the link to sign up

expected behavior:
registration form loads

observed behavior:
https://www.sandbox.paypal.com/us/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_dispatch-failed loads with the error-"Dispatch Error, please check logfile for more information"

Haven't been able to reproduce, but that's on the paypal end of things. There's no logfile for me to check either. Unless anyone knows anything else... wont fixin.

She got further than me, the page never finishes loading for me.  I'm blaming a lot on the sandbox these days.  What do you think, andym?

Would be good to get feedback from paypal on this - see if it's a common error and what that log file is.

Paypal is going to check this out, but our conclusion right now is that they were updating code and it got tripped up.  If you see it again, let us know and we'll investigate more.

It's also worth noting that if sessions get mixed up you might see this, like if you're jumping across multiple paypal accounts and such without logging out.
