Details

Until (and even after) we can test Celery via /services/monitor*, we should at least have it connect to Rabbit and verify that the connection is up. Should be fairly straight forward. * Ideally /services/monitor should connect to celery and run a task but we would need a separate queue for that or the task would randomly (fairly often, I suspect) time out and that's noise.
