Hi, William R needs two images for the mobile Facebook ads, one of the mobile download image (attached) and one of the Spark icon (attached). Can we get these both in 110x80 pixels to include in our FB ads? Thanks!

We'd like these by Friday, March 25 in order to get them ready in FB. Thanks!

CC-ing Lee to see if he can whip these up for us real quick. Should be a simply resizing and sprinkle of Lee magic. * The spark image is solid. We have good graphics for that one. * For the mobile one, do you just want to resize the existing graphic? Not sure if that is the most exciting image for an FB ad. If you have the PSD for the image, Lee can work with it to add a background color layer or something else to jazz it up.
I do, but was too large to attach. I'll send to both you and Lee in an email.
Thanks Caitlin Also, do you have the copy for the ads available for reference? Do you definitely not want any copy on the ads? Sometimes that really helps to pump them up. It's a VERY small space, but it can definitely help to squeeze in a key word or two. Will let Lee figure out what looks best, but wanted to see what you were thinking. Something like: "Play Spark" or "Firefox SPARK" can work. And for the other one, "Firefox on Mobile" "Firefox goes Mobile" etc. Let me know what you think.
Gotcha - I thought the copy was separate. For Spark: "Go Mobile. Play Spark" For general mobile: "Get Firefox 4 for Android" Would those fit?
Hi all, Is there a source file for the spark image you could send me? Caitlin, the PSD that you emailed is smaller than the 110x80 px dimensions you need here - the image will distort if I try to scale up. The amount of copy in comment 7 might be a bit squished in this little space! Any way we can trim to a 2-3 word phrase?
Just to be clear, Caitlin... the ad copy *is* separate... but sometimes it's nice to fit in a word or two to pump up the graphic. It supports the actual copy and is more eye-catching since it's part of the graphic and you can style the text. That's all. Agree with Lee that what you shared is too long. I think MAX 2 words would work best. I've attached a previous set of graphics we had used before as reference.
Gotcha. How about "Play Spark" like your mentioned and "Go Mobile" respectively.
That sounds perfect.
How's this going?

Thanks for your patience!
Caitlin do you have any thoughts here? I can offer suggestions to tweak, but don't need to over-think it if you think this works to kick off your ad campaign. But, fwiw, my quick take is: * overall these are great and work just fine. * For Spark, I think the font can be a bit bolder. If we wanted a different/alternate version to test, maybe try a bigger spark graphic cropped in the corner, etc. * For Mobile, I think we can focus in on the mobile image a bit more, perhaps crop it so we see 80% of it with the logo more visible. Maybe put it at a slight angle. Take out the arrow, and make sure that "Go Mobile" pops a bit more.
Hi Tara, I am strapped so I defer to you William. We'll have these go live on Tuesday so perhaps we have a bit of time to make some improvements. * I agree, I think Spark is a bit simple/boring and would like to the font be bigger/bolder. The spark graphic in the corner would be cool, similar to how the mobile pages look now. * Agree with your second point. Please proceed with these changes. Thanks!

Thanks for the feedback, guys. My apologies for the last batch - I think I took the old FB ads too literally, to mimic. I think these two will be more to you liking ;)
LOVE. Done from my perspective.
Hey guys, I think we're done here. Thanks Lee! Closing :)
