If I open one of those and then close it, the "Open all in tabs" and part of the line above it remain on the Windows taskbar. Minor but annoying. Reproducible: Always
oops--- doesn't happen in FF safe mode. I'll go thru the add-ons.
maybe it's related to hardware accelerations.
Turns out it's caused by "Morning Coffee" ver 1.35. I just tried the developer's web page, but didn't see any way to make contact with him/her.
I've sent a message to two email addresses I could find for the developer, linking back to this bug. The addon is marked as compatible in AMO, so should this be moved to TE and left open or else just marked as invalid in extension compatibility?

I'm having regularly this issue without any Morning Coffee addon installed: http://forums.mozillazine.org/viewtopic.php?f=9&t=2187413 Ok, the workarounds provided there have corrected the problem, but the conclusion of this mess is that firefox 4 is not compatible with windows 7 basic theme if hardware acceleration is enabled. IMHO it remains a bug to solve, because this means that firefox 4 is not fully compatible with windows 7. If you can please solve it definitively, I don't want to stop hardware acceleration and windows 7 basic theme.
minus54, to keep things easier to follow, please could you file a new bug for this, since your issue may be different. In that new bug, please: - give full steps to reproduce - attach screenshots - state what versions of Firefox are affected - state the results when using a newly created clean profile (no addons) and also safe mode http://support.mozilla.com/kb/Safe+Mode http://support.mozilla.com/kb/Basic+Troubleshooting#w_8-make-a-new-profile If you then paste the link of the bug back here, we'll take a look. Thanks!
