User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:2.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/4.0
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:2.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/4.0
Every time I move the mouse pointer to a link within a website or a bookmark, the link address appears in a popup menu at the bottom left of the FF window (that part is OK), BUT the grey/shiny effect on the Firefox Window frame moves up and down on its sides. It's that grey limit/line/separation on the upper 1/3 of the Firefox window frame, on its left and right side (with: 4 mm): it moves up and down a ½ cm every time scrolling (without clicking) on any website links, creating an "animation" that is disturbing and annoying.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Scroll on a link
2.Check the moving design on the Firefox Window side frame.
3.
Theme used: standard FF 4.0 theme (no persona used).
