win32-slave03 doesn't look like it's been set up yet (/e/builds/moz2_slave is empty except for the default buildbot.tac) win32-slave04 needs to be forcefully rebooted
win32-slave03 is bug 636606 win32-slave04 probably has the same problem - I'll take a look in VI.
Summary: win32-slave03/04 are unusable in staging → win32-slave04 needs forceful reboot
win32-slave04 was rebooted via VNC.
win32-slave04 is back online.
