aoa banner
If the user views a kb article in a window that isn't full size, the banner doesn't wrap to fit.
1) http://support.allizom.org/en-US/kb/Firefox%20is%20slow?ref=aoa
2) make browser window less than full size
expected: able to read banner and close it
actual: banner is cut off- see screenshot

Verified the banner shrinks with the page- it stops shrinking when the page is thinner than the article text, but as long as it's the size of the article it should be fine.
