User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.1; en-GB; rv:1.9.2.15) Gecko/20110303 Firefox/3.6.15 ( .NET CLR 3.5.30729; .NET4.0C) Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.1; en-GB; rv:1.9.2.15) Gecko/20110303 Firefox/3.6.15 ( .NET CLR 3.5.30729; .NET4.0C) Applying the update to v3.6.16 from v3.6.15 the process fails and becomes caught in a fail loop repeatedly trying to install and failing - "make sure no other copies of Firefox are running - close Firefox and try again" has no effect when carried out. Even a System reboot doesn't help! Same result on all 3 computers! Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.apply the update 2. 3.
