Bookmark toolbar items placed on the menu bar are not clickable if the menu bar is opened using the alt key.  They are clickable if you click on a folder in the bookmark items first however.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. View -> Toolbars -> Uncheck Menu bar
2. Place bookmark toolbar items on menu bar
3. Press alt to show the menu bar
3. Try to click on a bookmark item
Actual Results:  
Nothing happens

Expected Results:  
Bookmark opens
Status: UNCONFIRMED → RESOLVED
