Details
For recent weeks, the "Average ratings" charts on http://input.mozilla.com/en-US/release/ always show an average of "3" even though the detailed charts show data that clearly does not average to 3.
Also, for earlier weeks, the charts seem to round the average to the nearest integer, which is probably not desired for this data.

From QA: The charts are much more "lumpy" now that we're using rational numbers. Looks great :) is there more to verify on this other than the shape/data in the plotted graphs?
