Not much more to expand on. I upgraded to firefox 4 today, and I've noticed that whenever I hold control and click to open a link in a new window, two tabs open.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Hold Ctrl (I use left ctrl so I can ctrl click with one hand on my laptop)
2.Click link
3.
Actual Results:
Two tabs open rather than one
Could you see if the issue occurs if using Firefox in safe mode:

How about with a new, empty testing profile? (Don't install any addons into it)

I restarted in safe mode, and the bug disappeared. After leaving safe mode, the bug was gone.
