If profile is inaccessible, Firefox on start issues an error message that it is running but not responding; which is not the case.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. move default profile to a separate drive
2. unmount that drive; or make it full
3. start firefox


Actual Results:  
error message "firefox is already running but not responding"

Expected Results:  
The error message should tell the actual problem - profile is inaccessible, or drive is full.
