Attachment: Screenshot shows different status for add-on and uploaded version file

Steps:
-------
- Select any add-on(having one version file) and Edit Listing
- Delete the version
Note: Add-on is now incomplete status
- Upload a New Version file

Result: Current Status are as follows:
New Version File:"1 file is Awaiting Preliminary Review"
Add-on Status: "This add-on is incomplete."

Thanks for filing this.  Due to resource constraints we are closing bugs which we won't realistically be able to fix.  If you have a patch that applies to this bug please reopen.
