Pulling down the browser options under 'Help With' shows two options for Firefox4- see screenshot.

Presumably one is mobile. Is this visible in prod?

Can you mention the URL on which this happens might? I don't see it on home page/article page.
Also, did you play with the history (e.g. pressed back/forward) to cause this, or does it happen every time you open a new tab with a certain URL?
