Creating a subfolder that will be the first subfolder for a folder already having multiple subfolders does not appear until twisty is closed and opened.

This is for POP/local folders To reproduce Create a folder "Test". Create a subfolder "b" for "Test". Now try to create "a". The subfolder "a" will not appear until we scroll the folder-pane to take the "test" folder out of sight and then scroll to see it appear with "a". Another solution close and reopen the twisty. Looks more like tree validation problem. I will investigate..
I'm pretty sure there is an existing bug on this.
