Build Identifier: Firefox 4.0 multiple XP and Vista computers

Starts VERY slow >5 min, opens to oops - restore option, any click freezes browser - Win Task Mgr - shows -Ff - running - NO action w/Ff works - WTM needed to end - end msg - cautions Ff awaiting user action. WTM processes monitored during startup shows slow/minimal CPU use.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Click to open - wait
2.Attempt to take any action - observe the process ompletion bar does finishes overnight
3.When Ff can not be minimized or closed - close with WTM.
Actual Results:  
Ditto.

Expected Results:  
Ff should restore or start a new session as selected,or minimize, or close as requested.

It should have done as requested.

Please advise of Firefox updates via email - Firefox use is suspended on all computers until fix.
