The value of browser.panorama.welcome_url is http://www.mozilla.com/firefox/panorama/

And this link give a 404 error, page not found ! ....

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open the about:config 
2. seach the value of browser.panorama.welcome_url ( http://www.mozilla.com/firefox )
3. Try to open this link
Actual Results:  
Hmmm, we’re having trouble finding that one.
We hate to say it, but we couldn’t find that page or file you’re looking for.

Expected Results:  
A web page with information for panorama ....

Also, it can be a idea for a systematic test web link on firfox on night build to prevent this kind of problem ...

This is a legacy value from a time we had a welcome tab in Panorama the first time it was opened. There was no time to update the page (in time for Firefox 4), so it was removed and the welcome tab as well.
