Details

Sometimes it is very useful to see the filename of an image, and currently you
cannot (like communicator 4.x) right click and see the name of the image in the
"view image" option.

I propose that the (trivial I'm sure) code needed to change the option from:
"View Image"
to:
"View Image (imagename.jpg)"

It would also be nice to have the option to open up the image in the same
browser window, instead of opening a new one each time.

VERIFIED duplicate. Also "open image in the same window" is another bug.
