Images underneath another images are showed for a split second if image is changed. This produces flickering.

If an image is changed underneath another image, the first image is showed sometimes producing some flickering. This is not a problem with any other browser or Firefox 3.5

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open up www.elementaryos.org with Firefox 4.0
2.After loading an animated flipclock is showed.
3.Flickering occurs on random animations.
Reproducible on:
Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux i686; rv:2.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/4.0

There is random flicker during the numbers transition
 Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux i686; rv:2.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/4.0

I can also observe the flickering that occurs. Setting resolution to New.

This was almost certainly a regression from bug 572520.
This patch will force the image to synchronously decode (if it's not already decoded) by way of a hack. If this fixes the bug, we should create a proper synchronous decode API.
