We're integrating F1 (a.k.a. the Sharing feature) into Firefox. This bug concerns the touchpoints with the build system. Think Sync but only less.

This hooks up the Sharing feature to the build system. Buncha Makefiles and a flag to turn it all off (should help with the m-c landing).
Landed this preemptively in my project branch as https://hg.mozilla.org/users/pweitershausen_mozilla.com/fx-share/rev/684ebc2c9a15. Will address any review comments as follow-up commits.
