645014 - Global visualization is still using fake data

In order to be able to test the visualization front-end we had originally put some hard-coded values and temporary urls to generate fake data.

Now that we're about to launch:
1. We need to clean up the visualization code by removing obsolete temporary code.

2. We also have to plug in the real data generated by Spark gameplay.

3. Finally, we must add a configuration setting for the starting date of the campaign which will have to be updated at launch in settings_local.py.

This is normal. I have no easy way of removing the previously generated fake data on stage except by asking IT to run a specific SQL query. Should I file a bug so that this old data is deleted?

On production it won't be there and the visualization will only use real data generated by players.

Since the SQL query from bug 645408 has been run, I'm resolving this bug.

The arcs/half-circles currently visible on stage have been created by Guillaume who completed Boost 1 & 2 for multiple test accounts. From our tests, everything is working as expected. 

Note: we also had to make a last change to the code regarding starting and end dates in the visualization slider. We had forgotten that they were still hard-coded fake dates.
