"Other Systems and Languages" link missing on non-en-US pages, because "/fx/" at the end of the link is missing

have Release notes links but no Other systems and languages link as opposed to 

http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/fx/

The difference is that /fx/, the links are "normal" e.g. on http://www.mozilla.com/eo/firefox/fx/

I created a patch yesterday now in use on mozilla-europe.org, I will put it on mozilla.com tonight (CET), working on mobile pages now.
