OS: Android 2.1 update 1

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open Fennec App
2. Browse to javascript:prompt()
3. Long tap on input field

Expected result:
Context menu ise desplayed over the Javascript prompt box.

Actual result:
Context menu is displayed behind the Javascript prompt box.

We have been moving this around several times already. See bug 621401, which you will regress with this change.

Let's get a better plan.

I have the beginning of a plan in mind, that is going to involve some refactoring of how we handle popup/panel/dialog/... in BrowserUI. I need to think about it again but basically it will be something like what are doing window manager for stacking windows...
