Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9.2.16) Gecko/20110319 Firefox/4.0
To whom it may concern:
I am an avid user of Firefox and think it is the best and easiest browser
to use. However, I have just downloaded Version 4 and when I tried to use
my Bookmark option, It would not allow me to bookmark a new page. It
also lost 16 of my bookmarks. I went into the help option but I could not
correct the problem.
I went back to Version 3.6.16. I have not had any problems with this
version. I would really like to have Version 4.0, but I rely on my bookmarks
too much.
I would appreciate it very much if you would email me when this problem
is corrected.

Thank you very much.

Likely an incompatible addon.
Could you see if the issue occurs if using Firefox in safe mode:

How about with a new, empty testing profile? (Don't install any addons into it)
