With the version bump on trunk to 4.2 our tests with add-ons involved aren't working anymore. We should disable compatibility checks for 4.2 and 5.0.

That's kinda important for our Endurance tests.

Question here, shall we already even include the compatibility prefs for Firefox 6? It will not take that long and it would require another hotfix release.

Patch v1

I think we need a new patch. This patch has some very serious issues (it removes half of jsbridge, for one thing).

I think perhaps your tree state was off when you made this patch.

Wow, something went totally wrong here. Not sure what. Patch has now been updated and also includes the compatibility prefs for 6.0.

Given in yesterdays talk of Rob Sayre there will be a new naming scheme of version numbers for Aurora and central builds. We should wait until it has been made clear what is used and we can verify that our changes will work.

Lets reopen the bug for the time being.

We will fire off another hotfix release if we need compatibility prefs updated. Lets call this one fixed.
