User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.0; en-GB; rv:1.9.2.16) Gecko/20110319 Firefox/3.6.16 ( .NET CLR 3.5.30729; .NET4.0C) Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.0; en-GB; in the last few weeks, when i have been using facebook, firefox becomes unresponsive, and then a window pops up with this message. A script on this page may be busy, or it may have stopped responding. You can stop the script now, or you can continue to see if the script will complete. Script: chrome://ciff/content/core/dca/utils/DCAPostDataParser.js:29 i then get a choice of continuing or ending the session, i always click continue, firefox will then be quite slow and seem like it is about to crash again, but then gets back to normal. Reproducible: Couldn't Reproduce i can go days without this happening, and then it will happen 10 times on one day.
The chrome://ciff/ address looks like a script in an addon is misbehaving and causing you problems. Try disabling all of your addons and reenabling them one by one until you find the problematic one.

Any update on this? Can you try with safemode/new profile?
i upgraded to firefox 4 which seems to have sorted the problem. i couldn't afford to loose a add on, but from another computer i use, it wasn't caused by adblocker.
Thanks Evette
