Build Identifier: firefox 4.0
Firefox returned to normal when I reinstalled 3.6
Vista system with Microsoft security essentials. Dell 518 2 years old using Firefox since original start up. Intel dual processor.
Will not install this version on other computers as something is definitely wrong with this upgrade and my system.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Firefox
2. click on bookmark to new site
3. click on second bookmark
4. close firefox
ALL STEPS take way too long
3.6 is fast and runs well on all three of our systems. Still use IE on RCI.COM but otherwise all is well

And test against disabled MS Essentials or at least whitelist Firefox within it.
Version: unspecified → 4.0 Branch

No further action taken at this time. 3.6 is definitely running faster after the upgrade failed and the reinstall of 3.6. Will try the 4.0 soon on another computer which has Windows 7 instead of Vista.
