645381 - Rebuild requests via self-serve API give proxy error (after long delay)

Rebuild requests via the self-serve build API are giving (after a long delay) a proxy error this morning.  They worked fine for me around 11pm last night, but I've been trying to do some since a little after 11am today and they've been failing.

In particular, I was trying to rebuild the 10.5.8 mac debug mochitest on https://build.mozilla.org/buildapi/self-serve/try/rev/052028cb125d .  Hitting the "Rebuild" button gives, after quite a delay:

Proxy Error

The proxy server received an invalid response from an upstream server.
The proxy server could not handle the request POST /buildapi/self-serve/try/build.

Reason: Error reading from remote server

Apache/2.2.3 (Red Hat) Server at cruncher.build.mozilla.org Port 80
