Details
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 5.1; rv:2.0b12) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/4.0b12
Build Identifier: 4.0b12
Couldn't send suggestions/feedback from the Firefox main page.
Enabled cookies as directed but this didn't store so the default option was still in place.
I recently updated CA Virus protection - this caused an error message on opening Firefox - 'TypeError: Components.classes[componentid] is undefined'.
On closing a further message appears - 'ReferenceError: m_caFxTBobj is not defined'
Is it possible that this is responsible?
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open Firefox
2.Select Feedback button
3.Firefox made me sad because
4. Enter message
5 CSTR (?) error message
6. Enable cookies - save
7. SAME THING - new cookies options in TOOLS/PRIVACY not stored

We have already Firefox4.0 and the feedback button is no longer necessary because the beta phase is finished.
