build id: 1999051408 platform: windows nt to reproduce: open the preferences. the window has no title. expected result: it should have a window title of 'Preferences'. this can be verified by pressing Alt-Tab to make sure that apprunner has the title of 'Preferences' when the preferences dialog is displayed.
