645688 - previously selected canned response text is not erased while selecting a new canned response

Steps:
1)Login at:
https://addons.allizom.org/z/en-US/editors/queue/preliminary#review-actions
2)Select any add-on for review
3)While reviewing switch between different canned responses
for ex:
-first select: Grant Preliminary Review: Preliminary review [positive]
-now switch to different response: Reject:Preliminary review [negative]
4)Click on Save

Result: previously selected canned response is not erased while selecting a new one.
Thus the notification email is received with both canned response text
