Suggestions
1) Add a separator between pinned and non pinned tabs. To make it more obvious that you can drag a tab in/out of pinned state.
2) "Reload All tabs", reloads a whole group AND the pinned tabs, but not the other groups, so the name is misleading. Should the pinned also be reloaded? This could be a setting. "On reload all tabs, reload also pinned tabs", And maybe rename it to "Reload Tabs in Group"
The reason for this idea is that I have grouped a bunch of tabs, with the specific purpose of easy reload, but do not want the pinned reloaded.
3) Why not simply handle the pinned as a special tab group?

1) I can't drag in/out of pinned state with 2015-03-10-03-02-35-mozilla-central-firefox-39.0a1.ru.linux-x86_64.

Panorama is gone as of 2016. Replacements https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/panorama-tab-groups/ https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/simple-tab-groups/

But there is a request to bring it back per Bug 1509350 - Provide tab groups (panorama)
