645723 - Waiting times at the top of the nomination queue are incorrect

If you look at the first page of pending reviews in the nomination queue, you'll see add-ons with extremely long waiting times (multiple years). Looking at the dates in their files, most of them are recent, and some of them only have one file, so it looks like the nomination date was reset or ignored somehow.

The previous version of 'KOLOBOK Smiles for Firefox' was submitted on Feb 15, 2011. So the waiting time for these add-ons is incorrect.

Kumar, can you investigate what's going on with this at least?  You'll be the fastest at it.

I couldn't find anything unexpected in the nomination dates for these addons.  The addon was nominated at some time in the past then new *versions* were uploaded while in nomination (I think).  We don't have a trail of status changes to confirm this but that scenario would explain why the wait times are long.

In chatting with Jorge he thought the wait times might have to do with some disabled addons he recently re-enabled.  Jorge, do you have an easy way to spot check a few of these addons to see if they were re-enabled?
