645732 - Creation of Mozilla Reps Bugzilla Forms

Description

[Pierros Papadeas [:pierros]]

In order to move forward with the forms for Mozilla Reps, we would like to have two forms
being replicated for us :

- form.swag should be replicated for creating form.remo.swag
Same fields, no description on top (we can add it quickly afterwards, can't
we?), bugs end up in Mozilla Reps/Swag component.

- https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/enter_bug.cgi?product=Marketing&format=mktgevent
should be form.remo.budget
Same fileds, added attachment field, no description on top, change then name to
Budget Request Form and bugs will end up in Mozilla Reps/Budget component.

We can have them created and see if we need any fine tuning afterwards.

Wow that was fast :)

Some minor corrections though:

Budget:
Page title should include Mozilla reps as swag does. Also make a small addition: a field with the name : Wiki User Profile

Swag:
Also add the Wiki User profile and remove the field about bug for budget.

Thats for now. And I think we can push that :)
Is it easy enough to change things afterwards?

justdave, I have the same additions in bmo/3.6 as well as bmo/4.0 so whenever you want, feel free to update to the latest bmo/3.6 to bring in these template additions.

Hello again,

We would love to see some changes on the forms. 

First of all we would like to have both of them modelled after : https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/form.reps.mentorship (in visual terms)

Now on swag we would love to have the fields specified here : http://etherpad.mozilla.com:9000/remo-form-swag
and have the url https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/form.reps.swag

On Budget the fields should be formed like this:
http://etherpad.mozilla.com:9000/remo-form-budget
and have the url https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/form.reps.budget

Now added to those we would love to have a form that can add info to an already existing bug. The concept will be that the bug created by "Budget Form" will be approved and then you can use another form to add payment info after the event. The edit "Payment Form" should be formed after this: http://etherpad.mozilla.com:9000/remo-form-payment (and same visual style as the previous ones) also the url should be https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/form.reps.payment Is that possible?

budget changes : bug 657563
payment form : bug 657564
