I just went to test http://twittercollage.allizom.org/en-US. It was really difficult to get one tweet to stop long enough to move the mouse to click a link- and when I did get it to happen the tweetbubble froze and it wouldn't allow me to see any other tweets for 3+ minutes [I stopped counting].

I'll double check the site after I get home.

I found this trying to identify a user with a black icon- once this tweet appears it sticks and the user cannot move away from it. I cannot repro with other tweets, but this one has repro'd multiple times:

Indeed, typically takes around 7-9 seconds (maybe longer at times):

Verified on prod that this no longer occurs on multiple browsers/locales/searches/clicking tweets
