User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 5.1; rv:2.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/4.0
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 5.1; rv:2.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/4.0

If a new tab is opened while Firefox is minimized, the new tab lacks a resize grip in the corner.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Make sure Firefox is the default browser (URL handler).
2. Minimize Firefox.
3. Start > Run > http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/
Actual Results:
Firefox restores and goes to the new tab, but there's no resize grip. Existing tabs will continue to have a resize grip, and tabs created later will also have a resize grip, but the tab created by the above procedure will never have a resize grip.

Expected Results:
The new tab will have a resize grip, the same as if it had been created while Firefox was not minimized.
